Our stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were spacious and cozy, but the lack of privacy due to the dark interiors was a drawback. The service started off great with helpful staff, though the end of our trip left something to be desired. The location was excellent for exploring, but the dimly lit surroundings at night were a concern. Dining was simple yet appetizing, and overall, the facilities met our basic needs.
The hotel was a cozy and comfortable spot, offering a great location convenient for exploring Monteverde. The rooms were spacious and simple but provided a comfortable stay for my group of five. However, the rooms were a bit dark. The service was fantastic, except for a minor issue on the last day. The location was convenient for touring the cloud forest and town, although lacking in nighttime lighting. The dining experience was delicious and full of flavor, while the facilities were good overall.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were much better than in Rustic Lodge as they were lined with cedar planks, giving a comfortable and cozy feel although they were close to the road. However, the water in the shower was only lukewarm which was a bit of a downside.
